ECKMEA District Honor Band & KMEA All State Band/Orchestra
These honor bands are for grades 9ksmea.org/hsband/excerpts/-12. All students in Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble will play portions of this material for their November seating/part assignment test (including freshmen). All the wind and percussion music is one PDF and most parts are multiple pages...so scroll through to find the music you need and print only those pages. NEKMEA District Jazz Band & KMEA All State Jazz Band
You can find the material at ksmea.org/hsjazz/excerpts/. Students may audition and be selected to both the concert and jazz bands at the district level. You may audition for both at the state level, but may only be selected to one. The instructions are also posted on that page.

Kansas John Philip Sousa Honor Band
Freshmen students are eligible to audition for the JPS Honor Band. You can find the material and information at http://ks-sousahonorband.org. If you are planning to audition, you must complete the form at http://bit.ly/OSsousaaudition by Wednesday, October 5. Audition recordings must be turned in to Mr. Coughlin by Wednesday, October 19.
