Olathe South HS Commons

The Olathe South Falcon Bands would like to invite you to come out and enjoy some good food and great music at the 13th Annual Southside Jazz & BBQ to be held on Tuesday, April 16 from 6:00 to 7:45 pm in the OSHS Commons. The event will feature performances by the jazz bands from Olathe South High School, Chisholm Trail, Frontier Trail and Indian Trail Middle Schools.  This year's guest artist is Stan Kessler, professional trumpet player in the KC area.

Don’t worry about making dinner that night, join us for Barbeque instead! For $12.00 (performing students are $10) you get a beef brisket or pulled pork sandwich, side items (BBQ baked beans and cheesy potatoes) and a drink. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by returning the order form with your payment to one of the schools or by completing the online order below with a credit card. Dinner will be served from 6:00-7:00 pm. There will also be dessert items available for purchase at the event. Ticket sales will end Tuesday, April 9th; a very limited number of dinners will be available for purchase at the door...so make sure you get your tickets ahead of time. Entrance to the jazz concert is free, but we hope you’ll enjoy some food and help support the Olathe South Falcon Band program at the same time!

    Make sure you scroll down to complete the entire order form and payment options.

    Make sure you "Submit Order" to place your order, THEN go to Step 2 if paying by credit card. IF YOU SELECTED TO SEND IN A CHECK please make sure the name on the check matches the name on the order.
Please make checks payable to Olathe South Band regardless of where you turn in the order.

Step 2: Credit Card Payments Only​

Use the pull down to select number of dinners under (A) NON-PERFORMER Dinner(s) and/or (B) PERFORMER Dinner(s) and click "Add to Cart" to place for your order.  A new web browser tab will be created with a PayPal cart...you will probably need to come back to this tab/page to click on the "Add to Cart" for the other type of meal, then go back to the PayPal tab.

Once all your orders are placed and in the PayPal cart, follow the prompts to complete your order.
