2017-2018 School Instrument Request

    District inventory is available to be checked out to those students participating in the Olathe South Band Program once end-of-year processing has taken place and equipment is returned from annual maintenance.  This form provides directors insight on what instruments students might want before the school year begins for private lessons, summer camps, etc.  Thank you for completing this form.
